Just Checking

Nina: Mama, is my grandma still alive?
me: yes
Nina: Is my two grandmas still alive?
me: yes
Nina: Is my grandpa still alive?
me: yes
Nina: okay

I guess she was just making sure that we didn't forget to tell her anything.

Nina: Donovan, it's okay, grandma is still alive.

    We are VERY happy that the answer to her questions was "yes"!!
    I wonder if she thought about that because she hadn't seen us since July.
