Our Halloween festivities this year included 2 trunk-or-treats, 9 costume possibilities, 2 school-sponsored family events, picking 9 pumpkins, 1 chili cook-off, 2 costume parades, carving 4 pumpkins, 1 night of trick-or-treating and lots of candy for Matt and me to inspect. The kids kind of drove us crazy with their costume choices. Not that we didn't like their ideas, we just didn't like them changing their mind after we got the costumes they asked for all ready.

What's new with Howie
Basically he lost one thing and gained another. On Saturday, Howie was engaged in a pillow fight that resulted in a lost tooth. The tooth fairy's reimbursement went straight to his "leopard gecko" fund (which saw a massive increase with the $5 he earned from the 5 goals he scored earlier that day). On Monday he adopted his very own leopard gecko from a wonderful friend of ours. Needless to say, Howie is quite a happy boy.
