Littleton Historic Museum
We took advantage of the good weather during Spring Break and visited the Littleton Historic Museum. It was close and free - two excellent features. I think the highlights were the teeny tiny lambs, the haystacks and the plows. In one of the farm houses, some women were eating a meal they had prepared in that house: meatloaf, a salad from their garden, corn bread and homemade butter. In the other house, a woman was spinning wool. I love how we can watch people living and doing things the way they would have been done in the 1800s. We all thought it was a fun trip. I left the stroller (and camera) outside both houses, but I'll remember to bring it in next time.
