Opening day
Donovan and Howie had their first soccer games this morning. The two had a great time and I think they will both return next week for another game. I was a little curious about how Howie would do. Let's just say that if there were referees in our backyard games, he would probably receive a red card or two. But he did great and had a wonderful attitude about his team's 15-1 loss. He was happy he got to use his "leg sweep" move (I don't really know what that is) and that he got to have a free kick. Donovan is on a new team this year and he seems to enjoy his new friends. He scored a goal in their team's 8-3 victory.

Glad to hear that the boys have had a fun start to the season. Hopefully we can get out there to see a game or two before the season ends. I sure enjoy seeing all of the pics!
