We finally did it
After a combined 62 years of living on this earth, Matt and I caved in and watched The Princess Bride for the first time. We both thought it was okay, maybe all the hype left us disappointed, or maybe we just need to watch it a few more times to fully appreciate it. But there you have it, we have seen The Princess Bride.

Oh my gosh!!!!! The Princess Bride is a classic! Derek and I have watch it so many times we actually have not only the lines memorized but the music and fighting scene sound effects, it's crazy I know. But we love it!!!
I have had my own copy for about 20 years! My family used to quote lines from it all the time growing up. I just crack up thinking about some of the scenes. I hope that in time you will come to appreciate what a truly magnificent work of art it is. :)

Hey I'm finally posting! LOVE the Princess Bride, I'm proud of you for delving so far back in history! ;)
I can pretty much quote most of the movie. It is very silly but that's what's fun about it. I still can't hear the voice of Rex the Dinosaur in Toy Story without thinking of Vizzini. Inconceivable!!
